​Salem Veterinary Hospital is a full service animal hospital and will take minor emergency cases as well as less urgent medical, surgical, and dental issues. We also provide wellness care for patients that focuses on best practice recommendations for preventative medicine. Dr. Sheffield and our relief veterinarians are experienced in all types of conditions and treatments and are dedicated to the highest quality care of their patients. Beyond first rate pet care,  our hospital is comfortable, kid-friendly, and provides a very calm environment so your pet can relax in the waiting room and look forward to meeting his or her own Virginia Beach veterinarian.
